Cornerstone Counselling Centre is operated by the Board of the Cornerstone Counselling Society.
Membership in the Society is open to those who support the Mission of the organization.
At the Annual General Meeting of The Cornerstone Counseling Society of Edmonton, held on May 12, 2008, a motion was passed to change the By-laws as follows:
Bylaw 4:01: The Membership of The Cornerstone Counseling Society of Edmonton shall consist of voting members . The voting members are those who support in principal the Constitution and Statement of Faith of this organization, and have made a financial donation to the Society during the previous 2 fiscal years.
The Annual General Meeting was held on Monday, May 12, 2008.

Fundraising Guidelines
The Board of the Cornerstone Counselling Centre has adopted the ethical guidelines for fundraising as outlined in the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy Ethical Fundraising and Financial Code. (can be viewed at www.ccp.ca)
