Psychodynamic Group Therapy
Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM, Cornerstone Counselling presents an open-ended therapy group for patients with mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and adjustment disorders
who have a capacity for insight, the ability to engage in interpersonal relationships and be motivated to “work on themselves.”
You will be invited to explore your struggles and feelings, give and get feedback from each other and through this process gain insights that will foster your self-growth and increase your self-esteem.
The meetings last 60 minutes, and you can start any time; expect to attend for about a one year period. Just call the Cornerstone office to book an assessment interview:

Jim Chalmers, M.A., leads the meetings.
Jim is a registered psychologist with 26 years experience as a psychotherapist. He worked at the Psychiatric Day Treatment Program (intensive partial hospitalization group therapy program) at the University of Alberta Hospitals, department of psychiatry and has had a community based practice of psychotherapy, including group therapy, for over 18 years.
